AMD Epyc Turin SP5 Zen5 Proccessors

AMD Turin is the codename for the upcoming 5th generation of AMD EPYC processors, expected to be released in this year (2024). These processors will be based on the Zen 5 architecture and will be manufactured using TSMC's 5nm or 3nm process technology.

Some of the key features of AMD Turin include:

  1. Up to 128 cores and  256 threads per socket Zen 5
  2. Up to 192 cores and 384 threads per socket Zen 5c
  3. Support for DDR5 memory with speeds up to 6000 MT/s and up to 4TB of RAM, 12 channels
  4. PCIe 5.0 support for faster data transfer rates, up to 128 lanes
  5. CXL-attached memory support for memory expansion
  6. Advanced security features
  7. TDP Up to 500W
